Vinegarette

Vinaigrette

I see this as a fantastic vinaigrette. It can be changed and used for much more that for dressing salads.

Ingredients
One part lemon juice (one lemon)
3 parts olive oil (I prefer to use half extra virgin olive oil and half olive oil to ensure the vinaigrette isn't too thick)
1 teaspoon of dark muscavo sugar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard 
Generous pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients well in cup or small bowl. 
Other suggestions: Add a couple of crushed cloves of garlic, some chopped fresh rosemary and an extra teaspoon of dijon and use as a marinade for lamb chops. If possible marinade for a few hours at least.
