Crumble mix

Ingredients
100 grams plain flour
100 grams rolled porridge oats
100 grams brown granulated sugar
100 grams unsalted butter (just melted)
A little extra brown granulated sugar and unsalted butter to go on top before cooking

Method
  1. Make your fruit filling (make sure it has enough fluid).
  2. Then place the 100g of flour, oats, sugar and butter into a large bowl and mix .
  3. Spread the 'mix' evenly onto a large baking tray and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes. 
  4. Cover the fruit filling with the crumble mix and sprinkle the extra brown granulated sugar and cut the extra butter into pieces on top.
  5. Cook for 30-35 minutes at 180C
