Crumble mix
Ingredients100 grams plain flour
100 grams rolled porridge oats
100 grams brown granulated sugar
100 grams unsalted butter (just melted)
A little extra brown granulated sugar and unsalted butter to go on top before cooking
Method
- Make your fruit filling (make sure it has enough fluid).
- Then place the 100g of flour, oats, sugar and butter into a large bowl and mix .
- Spread the 'mix' evenly onto a large baking tray and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Cover the fruit filling with the crumble mix and sprinkle the extra brown granulated sugar and cut the extra butter into pieces on top.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes at 180C
