Millie's Very Sticky Ribs
Ingredients:
400ml Carton Passata (or a tin of tinned tomatoes blended)
2 Cloves of garlic (crushed) 2 tbsp light Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
700g Pork Ribs
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200C (fan)
2. Put the Passata, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Honey and Garlic in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Put the ribs in a roasting dish tray and pour over the Passata mix.
4. Make sure the ribs are covered in the sauce where possible.
5. Cover the roasting dish with foil and cook for 35 minutes.
6. Remove foil and cook for 60 minutes, turning the ribs every 15 minutes.
Notes:
Beware this will be very messy to eat.Best served with rice (basmati) and broccoli or green beans.
