Apple and Blueberry/Raspberry Bircher Museli
Serves 2
50 g Porridge Oats
Generous Pinch of Cinnamon
100 ml Apple Juice
1 Tablespoon of yoghurt, creme fraiche or double cream
1 small Apple (Grated)
50 g Blueberries and/or Raspberries
Method
1. Put the oats and cinnamon in a bowl and add and apple juice
2. Soak for 30 mins to overnight
3. Add in the grated apple and yoghurt (or creme fraiche or cream)
4. Add the blueberries/raspberries and serve
